Enquiries |
* Other represents any company sector that falls outside of our 5 key sectors and manufacturing or hasn’t been divulged by the enquirer. In terms of trends, our enquiries are slightly down for the same period in 2009. The high number of retail enquiries is mainly due to pro-active lead generation work carried out by the team approaching retailers who’ve made public announcements about their UK/Regional expansion. |

Invest in Nottingham performance - yearly assessment Invest in Nottingham have their performance as an investment promotion agency (IPA) assessed each year by international consultants - GDP Global. We’re delighted to reveal that the overall results for 2009/10 are several percentage points better than the performance in 2007/8! There are several examples of the agency achieving a world excellence standard and IPA best practice standards in key areas. And in one benchmarking test - the recent general/team evaluation of a Retail - Housewares Expansion investment produced a world class score of 73%, just short of a world leading achievement. This assessment also produced a world class performance for the Invest in Nottingham website and E communications.
